Get a light perm. If your hair already has a wave to it it will take a perm easy and could be too curly if you're not careful. You don't want to look like a poodle!

curlier means smaller waves. if you want it about the same wavyness but more umpth to your waves goe for the body wave using one or two rod sizes down

I'd go body wave or a light perm. don't get a spiral perm because those things are soooo difficult to manage!!
