My sister uses this stuff called beach blonde, but they dont' make it anymore. I want something with similar affects, to make my hair look like I've been in the ocean.

Theres this texturizing hair spray by Garnier Fructis called Surf hair texturizing spray.

I've used it before and it really works. You just spray it all over and scruch your hair.

Victoria's secret sells this amazing Frederik Fekkai scrunching stuff. But it's not like a gel, so your hair doesn't look greasy or crunchy, somehow it gives it hold and a really cool beachy look. It's called Frederik Fekkai summer hair, and it looks awesome when you wear your hair in braids or curl it and spray it in. Then you shake your hair out a little and it holds in the curl but looks really natural.

After you take a shower, use rollers in your hair. Your hair is more workable when it's wet. So anything you try, try it w/ wet hair first.
