I have shoulder length brunette wavy hair (surfer hair).....?

and I am not tan, i am a porcelein shade of white skin....and blue eyes....how should i do my make-up???? i got base and powder....i just need really good tips to make eyes "POP"

First off all, to light up your eyes, put a shimmering champagne color in the tear duct of your eyes. Then apply all eyeshadow like a sunset, dark near your eyelashes, then the lightest near your eyebrow. Try shimmering colors to make you eyes "pop". I use the color "yogurt"for the lightest color (this is from Ulta), and "silk", a light, shimmery champagne (cream) color. Use a volumizing mascara that creates volume and length. Use either liquid or powder eyeliner, and dont go past the line of your eye (you aren't being Cleopatra for Halloween).

If you use blue shades, whatever you do, DONT do the bright blue with red lipstick look.

If you want help with lipstick, too, use a lipstick thats not in the form of a stick. Then, put a shimmering clear gloss over it.I use "Shinylicious" from Maybelline. You can get it at the drugstore.

Good Luck! (:

well, first of all, u should do something with ur hair so it agrees with ur makeup. For ur makeup, u should either check on natural colors or just use pastel colors.

I'd say using light peachie gold shades would compliment your fair skin and blue eyes. Lining them with a lighter brown color will "sharpen" them, and some black mascara will make your lashes look longer. Good luck!

do your eyes like a smokey eye. dont like just do one line of eye liner on top but put eye liner on(top and bottom) and then smudge it and it add some gold eye shadow on the bottom of the eye on the outer side. also add some black eye shadow on the top and the bottom. then do at least 4 coats of black mascara. leave your face makeup plain and white. also just putting alot of mascara on and a really bright pink blush on the apple of your cheek makes your eyes pop out well.

Make sure you have good eyelashes. If they're straight, use a curler before your mascara. It really makes a big difference. And black mascara always. Ever try gel eyeliner? For upper lids, you get great control and it's soft, not hard looking. And lower lids look great when the line is "interrupted", inotherwards, don't line the bottom line straight through from one side to the other, unless you want a Cleopatra effect. Just line more at pupil area, then touch here and there either side of that, and the eyes will pop! It's a more natural effect. Harder, strong lines will also pop the eyes, but you risk looking really made up. Unless you're acting on stage, I don't think we need to look fake! Brown or bronze eyeshadows look great with blue eyes. But again, blend the shadow so it fades naturally. I see so many girls just slap it on and you notice their eyeshadow more than their eyes!
