mousse there is a mousse. Aussie has one that also has a built in conditioner that is what i use and it works really good. and it wont destroy your hair

Curl your hair in even sections, but don't curl it for too long. Or you could braid your hair in small even sections right after you washed your hair. Then, you take out the braids after an hour or so and it should look perfect.

I also want to know! But I have this stuff from John Frieda I don't know if they make it anymore...it's called Beach Blonde Ocean Waves. But Pantene Pro-V has this beachy waves spray stuff now

Braid it, and leave it overnight or blowdry it. for the wet look when its wet put in gel or mousse and then hairspray.
and mess around to get the look you want good luck
