Most naturally blonde hair is not actually FULLY yellow blonde, it is a mixer of darker and light blondes. It is probably possible that both American and British people are using hair dyes, but the only way to truly know is to ask someone!

No we all use dye to look the same. Like penguins, you've seen one cracker, you've seen 'em all.

Most people don't have natural blond hair, though some do. Most people however, especially women, bleach their hair or get highlights to lighten their hair.

As for wavy hair, it is probably more natural. However, one could use curling irons etc. to get waves.

All of my children were born with blonde hair.....like my husbands. I have dark, wavy hair which I get from my father. It's all about genetics. Although alot of people, especially women, do dye their hair blonde.
