It depends on how you like wearing your hair, most girls don't like the heat, so they want their hair pinned up in a bun on the top of the head off of the neck. while others wish for it to hang. so they like to have it sprites /sprayed adding more waves , like they just came out of the shower. nice and refreshing. and goes well with a summer pullover dress or bright yellow and orange top.

i would do layers that are shoulder length and if u really want a summer look go with side bangs(like ashley tisdales...assuming from your picture u have black hair if u do i would get either light brown or dirty blonde highlights to make it look warm!!!!
